Our new instructional DVD entitled "Aikido: Basic Course"
is now available. The DVD was developed jointly by the head instructors of Koinobori Dojo and Aikido Center. On it you will find demonstrations of basic techniques with detailed commentary, fundamental movements, stances, attacks, as well as the names of all these elements in Japanese. The disc will be very useful for beginner aikidoka, as well as for more experienced students. Even the most advanced practitioners will find details which they missed in the process of training. The disc also provides fascinating information on the history of aikido and rare photographs and video footage of the Founder. Techniques are demonstrated by Marina L'vovna Karpova, 5th Dan, and Vadim Ivanovich Grachev, 4th Dan, with the assistance of several of their best students.
